Aldo Morales, M.D Medical Director Dr. Morales obtained his undergraduate degree in 1979 from Rutgers College of Pharmacy. He obtained his M.D. degree in 1983 at Ross University. He completed a four-year residency in Psychiatry at the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey–Robert Wood Johnson Medical School. With Board Certification in both Psychiatry and Addiction Psychiatry, Dr. Morales provides the requisite expertise in the assessment and management of Dual Diagnosis conditions. |

Maureen Knapik-Esposito, PhD, CAP
Clinical Director Maureen has a Doctorate in Family Therapy, is a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and a certified Addictions Professional (CAP). Dr. Esposito has been in private practice focusing on addictions, marriage/family counseling, and young adult issues, as well as having done extensive work in the field of eating disorders. At Alternatives, in a Multi-Disciplinary approach, Dr. Esposito supervises a team of Master's level and/or CAP certified therapists, who confer daily, designing individual treatment plans to meet the needs of each patient. |

Paul Adams, MS, CAC Director of Admissions Paul has more than 15 years of experience working with dual diagnosis clients and their families. He is a Certified Addictions Counselor in the state of Florida and earned a Masters of Science Degree in Mental Health Counseling from Nova Southeastern University. Additionally, he has expertise and direct experience working with compulsive gamblers. Paul's work history has been in psychiatric hospitals, residential treatment programs, and outpatient programs. He has held positions in direct client care, admissions, discharge planning, and has co-facilitated family programs. |

Nicole Carlisi, LMHC Therapist Nicole Carlisi is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, specializing in substance abuse, adolescent therapy, women’s issues and eating disorders. |

Tammy Eurick Director of Marketing Tammy brings to us 9 years’ experience in the addictions industry. She has extensive knowledge of professionals and programs nationally, combined with a commitment to connect people in need with the most appropriate program. She has worked as Admissions and Marketing Director for a well-respected Co-dependency program. Tammy is currently earning her bachelor’s degree in psychology. |

| Tamara Baldwin-Soanes, LMT Massage Therapist Ms. Baldwin-Soanes trained in massage at the Academy of Healing Arts, as well as completing additional certification in Costa Rica. She is certified in Medical Massage, Deep Tissue Massage, and is a Reiki Master. Her services are available to our patients as an adjunct to the healing process at ARC. |

| Kuala Labrador, RD, LD/N Nutritionist Ms. Labrador is a Registered Dietician with the American Dietetic Association, and a Licensed Dietician/Nutritionist with the State of Florida. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Nutrition and Dietetics from Florida International University, and has served as a consultant for convalescent centers, addiction treatment centers, health clubs, and the Palm Beach County Department of Health, as well as private practice. Kuala has extensive experience in individual and group counseling, addressing such issues as allergies, digestive disorders, cardiovascular disease, diabetes, maternal nutrition, weight control, eating disorders, and general nutrition and wellness. |
