Recovery Homes
As a new addition to the continuum of care at Advanced Recovery Center, we are introduc ing two homes for individuals who are dedicated to living a recovery-oriented lifestyle. Both houses are warm, c omfortable, and feature all of the upscale amenities needed to help make your new life in recovery secure and successful.
The Pelican Place
This is a 5 bed house for males that is located i
n a pleasant neighborhood, convenient to shopping, employment opportunities, and 12 step support meetings in the Delray Beach area. The house is within 3 miles of the beach, and in close proximity to I-95.
The Sea Turtle
This is a 5 bed home for females, also located in a quiet, established neighborhood,
with a maximum amount of privacy. The house is also convenient to shopping and employment, and is approximately 4½ miles to the beach. In addition to the support groups available in Delray Beach, there are also a variety of groups in nearby Boca Raton.
Both houses come fully furnished with linens, kitchen supplies, flat screen TVs and cable in each room (including bedrooms), and in-house laundry facilities. Rooms are available both as private and semi-private. Residents of both houses have the peace of mind of monitored security alarms, as well as the option of enclosed parking. A house advisor conducts weekly meetings at the house to address issues related to residents' needs and concerns. All residents are expected to be a part of a weekly aftercare group at Advanced Recovery Center with a focus on ongoing issues of recovery. Individual therapeutic support and case management is available in the immediate area. Graduates of the Extended Care program at ARC have priority in home placement, but others who are looking for a quality environment in which to begin their new lives in recovery may also be considered as tenants. This is based upon references from a recent treatment facility staff and an interview with our own staff at Advanced Recovery Center.
